"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...

"It was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone had a smile and was super friendly. The food was great. I was never able to get a reservation for the italian restaurant as it was super booked. But all the other restaurants were tasty. My only complaint was the housekeeping directly related to my room. The first night i had no remote. Also the complimentary bottle of water was opened/used. On subsequent nights i received no replacement washclothes, and they would leave various items...
