"The hospitality provided by resort's staff was commendable. The quality of the service they offered was excellent. Serving their visitors was done with passion, as I witnessed. If they can make improvements, I would just suggest these two items. The first is whether a bathroom could have an exhaust fan. Second, it would be great if they could offer vegetarian paneer options like karahi paneer, shahi paneer, paneer tikka, and so on. "

"Excellent location, friendly staff. We upgraded our room for an early check-in for a reasonable rate, and they included breakfast and happy hour. Very clean and comfortable."

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were fabulous and super helpful. The room was fantastic and food was good. Housekeeping took great care of our room and we were never without anything. Great beach and pools as well. The only thing that I didn’t care for were some hidden optional expenses. For example, cabanas must be rented daily and there are a lot of them, which makes finding lawn chairs with shade more difficult than the typical all inclusive. Also, most restaurants had what was included and then optional add-ons like other wines. Lastly, one restaurant isn’t included at all in the all inclusive pricing. I haven’t encountered as much optional additional charges at other all inclusives and wish I had known all that when I booked. "

"Staff was very welcoming, room was nice, spacious, and clean. The restaurant was lovely, great drinks and the cooks really know how to grill a steak. When we checked out, the receptionist provided additional recommendations for our trip to the Caribe. If you like spicy food, the chilera condiment is for you!"
