I was stung by a jelly fish and staff cleaned my blisters every night - Entertainment was really good and the entertainment manager, who's name unfortunately escapes me :-( was AWESOME!!! If you smoke there are designated areas only and STRICTLY enforced. Lots of animal interaction, coatis, wild pigs, cats (which they have a nice sanctuary for) flamingos, iguanas. Nice pools. "We really enjoyed our stay here. I was a little nervous from some of the reviews, but our room was amazing. We did the junior suite ocean view. Our room ended up having a leak and they switched our rooms and both rooms were great. The food was pretty good. We loved our excursions and especially our one with Tiger in Cozumel. Definitely ask about it, if you go. This resort is a little outdated in some places, but it was relaxing and overall a great time. "

"Our family of two adults, a 5 year old and two 1 year old babies and my nanny were at this property for 9 nights over New Year’s Eve. We had a wonderful stay, the property is modern and grounds immaculate and beautiful. Food is average, we tried most restaurants, our favourites were the steakhouse (perfectly cooked salmon and picanha), the Mexican and the Asian restaurants. The only oke you really need a reservation for is the Teppanyaki, which we ended up not going to. There may be a short wait...
