"My only serious complaint is that the noise of people at night was unacceptable. Getting sleep at night was hard to come by. Lots of yelling and inconsiderate behavior in hallways still at 2-3 am. No management or staff intervention for “quiet” control. Our party of people will not come to this property again nor will we recommend this facility. It is too bad because we enjoyed the daytime and earlier evening entertainment and events. FYI, we heard these same comments from MANY other guests. "

"We loved this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The butlers Maggie and Elodia checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were great too! We definitely want to go back asap and we don’t usually repeat resorts."

"Right by the ocean, most people staying there you can tell are not locals, walking distance to anything you could want like shopping, dining, water activities. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is a 3/5 it was ok but it’s better to go eat at a restaurant. Overall I would stay here again "

"It was overall a super nice place; however the all inclusive package was not like other resorts. Most alcoholic drinks and food items on the menu had an upcharge in order to get them. The outdoor bars closed at 530pm which was fairly early. "
