"The service was exceptional. The staff are so polite, kind and thoughtful and treat you as if you are the most important person. The restaurants and the food are amazing. The plants, flowers, palm trees are beautiful. The pools and the ocean side are wonderful. You will feel you are in paradise. I would recommend a terrace room with the plunge pool, and recommend a Saturday stay for the silent party, and the fiesta on Thursday night. For restaurants I enjoyed the Oregano and Los Olas and really enjoyed The Prelude bar and Martini bar. We will be back for sure!"

"Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully."

"You can’t go wrong… My teenage daughter and I went from Christmas’s Day to New Year’s Day. The resort was impeccable. Although we were there 7 nights, we only spent two days at the resort’s pools and beach. The other days, we went to Isla Mejeres (sp?) on the ferry that’s next to the hotel, Xel Ha (amazing!) , Horseback/ATV/Zipline/Cenote, downtown Cancun, and snorkeling. Felt very safe off property even took local bus downtown for $1 instead of $80 cab ride each way. So, unless you want to walk to the clubs, book it. "
