"The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. There was enough space for us with our two sons. The photos on the listing are old photos so the exterior and some of the furniture is different. A couple of small improvements would be more comfortable indoor and outdoor sofas and some new pillows. The owner was very responsive. Miriam, the caretaker, was willing to meet a grocery delivery service prior to our arrival on Christmas Eve, eliminating some stress for us. One big...

"A REAL HORROR We thought we had the wrong address at first. The exterior is flaking and there was loud construction the first day. Interior clean but really used and rundown - not even close to three stars or even two star establishment. WiFi stopped working, then no more hot water - had to wait to get that fixed. Bathroom was scary - broken tile, stains in floor and walls. The interior smelled like mildew. No paper goods provided - not even a paper towel or extra napkins. We had to ask for...

"First of all we love this property. The location away from the busy north is amazing. Private beach... awesome. Room was cold and clean. Some things i think that others staying there that we talked to didn't seem to realize. These are apartments not necessarily a hotel. You need fresh towels you got to ask. "See my earlier review. I actually rented two of Karen’s rooms, one for my spouse and I and one for my sister and brother in law. It’s a great set up for a family or a group of friends to rent all four of her rooms! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return. Thank you, Karen for your hospitality!"

"Garza Blanca is a beautiful hotel that’s not too big but perfect in size. Great pools but Beach has a huge rock formation, All along the length of the beach. So bring water shoes!! Water not as clear as the Hotel Zone in Cancùn. Food was great , didn’t feel like a typical all inclusive at all. There was no request that was too big , staff was so accommodating and gracious. My only request is that the hotel make a better effort towards a teens room — games, more pool tables etc. A place they can hang out after dinner etc. Other than that hotel area is quiet and a great hotel if your looking for a bit of a higher end resort. "
