Great location, nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The room and property was also very clean. Location was perfect! Would stay again! "

"Everything was great at the Sutton Place Hotel, except I was on the 6th floor and the Vancouver Fire and EMS trucks ran by the hotel all day and all night. I am a retired fire chief from Florida and after 11pm we don’t use our sirens unless needed. After 11pm on Easter Sunday night the streets were empty but they still ran their sirens all night! VERY ANNOYING!!!! But not the hotels fault."

"I neither knew it was a VIP property for Expedia nor I received any benefit. The staff was very friendly and polite. Room service was lightning fast. Finally, I had a last minute change in plan and had to cancel one night, and they did cancel it without charging me. Super happy with this gesture."
