"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...

"It was a wonderful stay for my birthday, very comfortable. Our room was a little small, I thought the bathroom was rather cold. Breakfast in the veranda each morning was amazing, fabulous views of the bay and pier."

"Perfect location at the beach, felt remote from the rest of the world, ideal for taking a short break. Our quadruple room (sea view to the side) was comfortable with all amenities and had two bathrooms. A door between the two bedrooms would have been better. The cooked breakfast had to be ordered, good variety of breakfast items available. The food served in the restaurant for dinner was also very good. "Friendly, helpful staff. Great views from the triple room- picture doesn't do that justice and I have early morning photos of a gorgeous golden sky. Also sea and town views from the dining room and lounge. Stairs may challenge some. Triple room is a bit dated, but building has tremendous Victorian character with and contemporary photos "
