"The location is great, near the centre of the town The related Erskine Arms is lovely with attentive and helpful staff and nice food. The breakfasts were very really good. Nice big rooms and plenty of hot water. The only downside was the beds. In our first room, the mattress needed replacing, as the springs had gone. In the second, the plastic mattress protector made for a sweaty night. The staff were very helpful in arranging a room change. Book a table for dinner at a weekend. As it turned out...

"We had another fabulous stay in Llandudno and a lovely stay at White Heather Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them, lovely staff especially Sam and Eugene. The breakfast is amazing. "

"Stayed for 2 nights over the easter weekend, the rooms have been done to a good standard. Bedrooms are now more modern,, comfy beds and a lovely buffet breakfast, would recommend a stay, Also got there early and managed to grab a free parking space round the back "

"An excellent hotel right on the sea front. The welcome by reception staff was excellent. The room was really nice and I think they have all recently been refurbished. They kindly opened the dining room early for us for breakfast and the staff here too were brilliant. Well worth the money"

"Homely hotel with great breakfast."

"Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is old but clean. Breakfast was nice, bar was nice. Car park got busy on the Friday, only space left was under a tree. Next morning the front left hand side and windscreen of my car was caked in bird mess, horrible thick black filth. I got a bucket of water from reception and was able to scrape the thick mess off my windscreen but had to wait until I got home to clean off the rest of the mess - went to a local handwash and had to pay a bit extra for the clean. Never...
