White Heather was good value for money, we liked the area, the hotel was clean, room was clean and beds comfortable, bathroom was very good as was new, breakfast very good buffet style with plenty choice , we would visit again.

The Hotel had a new lift that was a great help to the 3rd floor. Customer service on arrival and in the bar was very good. Our room was small but clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel, close to shopping and the beach front, pier and amusements. perfectly positioned to be both quiet yet so close to everyting, shops, cafes and public transport are all easily walkable. Parking is available in the surrounding streets. The hotel had a nice bar, reasonably priced drinks and snacks and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was superb, fruit and cereals and all the expected full English/Welsh breakfast staples, plenty of tea, coffe and toast. Highly reccommended.

Although the decor was dated the property was clean and looked after. The en-suite was very small but modern. Breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent position for beach, pier and shops. Parking permit for the promenade was a blessing.

Excellently positioned, friendly family hotel.

Well positioned friendly, family hotel, 50m from the seafront & 50m from the main shopping street. Lift now fitted - which is a God-send, especially if you’re on a higher floor - or have mobility issues. Excellent breakfast and a team of very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good value for the money.

The hotel is very quaint and the bedroom was welcoming on first floor, with large bay window with seating arranged in it and side view to sea. Parking was explained at reception and turned out to be quite easy within the time frame given by the permitted free spaces just outside. This could be cited on the hotel website for those who are booking without prior knowledge. The hotel location is excellent near shops and cafes. Breakfast in the basement self service was very good with wide selection (and included in price). Negatives - reception fairly detached or more concerned with the coach parties and no help given to take bags up to the room for us oldies.

I received a free drink from the bar on arrival which was very welcomed after a long journey up. The guy was very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Perfect location to the seafront and parking was good outside.
