The breakfast was brilliant absolutely lovely. But sadly the evening dinner was poor, we had the chicken dinners they had far too much salt in them, surely it has to be the customer who has the choice of adding their own to taste. And the hassle back potato were just awful, along with the over cooked and very dry chicken. We couldn’t complain at the time as we would have been late for a theatre show. No body likes to complain i know but at £70 it was disappointing.

It was very comfortable and warm with friendly staff. A really good position for walking around the town and along the promenade. I enjoyed having the use of a swimming pool .

The room is outdated and the rug should be replaced. There was NO air conditioning in the room, which made it uncomfortable for us to sleep.

At dinner last night my Wife asked me to rate the hotel. Considering I have been in the coach touring industry for 60 years I initially said the Imperial was there with the best. I then thought of the others, Hilton included, had second thoughts. I would put the Imperial Hotel, STAFF and location as THE TOPS of my list. Well done

The receptionist was very helpful on our arrival. The room was too warm with no air condtioning. The window only opens a bit which I understand. But not a good nights sleep because of this. The dining area and breakfast were very good.

Lovely hotel excellent staff. Our room had a wonderful balcony with lovely views of the beach. The only slight disappointment was the pool area which was very tired and not very well pleasant
