I didn’t like my night here as there was a venue on, nobody made us aware of it, we went down to ask what time it finished at 11pm and we got asked what we want. The lady who came out was extremely rude. The property walls were bouncing as a result of the music and we was right on top of the venue area, In a family room

The room was very dated, the bed was comfortable, but the bed sheet was dirty, the pillows were stained with no pillow protectors, the mattress had a protector but that was dirty. The bathroom again was dated, the toilet seat was loose, the shower was great but i had to clean it as it had hair and other bits in it. The breakfast was good, i don't think I'll stay there again.

The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the scrambled egg on toast at breakfast which I returned, it was not very nice. I then had the beans on toast. The presentation of both was poor......

Parking and the surroundings are good but would have been great if we got Microwave and fridge as we were with the kids. Shower doesn’t have ventilation or windows and water was leaking on the tiles outside the shower area.
