"Exemplary customer service and friendly staff - cannot fault them at all! Great dinner and breakfast too. Great location for anyone wishing to escape to a quiet fishing village and/or the local hills, whether for the views or watch the military jets flying low overhead (or below them!) Would very happily return and recommend! Highly recommend visitors also visit the birthplace inspiration behind Thomas The Tank Engine at nearby Tywyn Wharf Railway Station. "

"The young girl who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. Actually really impressive in her attitude and way she dealt with staff and customers alike. Lovely room. Were it my hotel I would put mattress toppers on the beds as they are a bit tired. Lovely breakfast. "

"Great hotel for a bade to easily get into Cardiff City. On street parking was free and right outside the hotel which swung it for us! Bar downstairs was OK. The pool table was for over 16s which would have been good to know before booking. Lovely hosts and clean, comfortable accommodation. "

"This was an ideal location for our 3 day stay in Wales as it was close to a main road route. Facalities were as you would expect, and the room was clean and comfortable. Some plug sockets had USB charging and there was free Wi-Fi. We only had breakfast here. This was very nice and tasty. Guests can customise the selection of food, no need to stick to the menu. The staff were very nice and polite. Overall a very nice stay."

"Stayed at the Rose and Crown for two nights with friends. The staff were amazing. Service was excellent and the food delicious. The location was perfect being a short walk to the stunning coastline. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here"

"Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing . "
