Parking was very good and location was convenient for Chester and other tourist areas. New Brighton did not have much to offer and you could not easily walk far outside of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Bar and food were reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Large parking area but still allowed us to bring our motorbikes close to the reception for extra security. Not much in the local vicinity without driving but we didn't need it.

Good clean basic hotel. Comfortable rooms. It’s a bit dated and furniture in rooms is tired but would stay again. All the staff I dealt with (reception, lady and a man) breakfast staff, room staff and bar staff were all friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with.
