"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. "Overall, we have a good stay. Lots of free on site parking. Check in was easy but the room was quite far with lots of up and down stairs). The room itself was fine, nice to have snacks. Could have been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. The bathroom was good but the shower screen is too small so water would drip outside of the bathtub onto the floor. Breakfast was generally good with a reasonable variety of options. We enjoyed the pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi but were disappointed to find...
