"Had a good pre Christmas stay . The hotel is a bit cold so you may need a few layers to keep warm , the weather was really bad this weekend so that didn’t help. Our bedroom no 15 was lovely and hot. Food was just ok with only 4 options for evening meal that stayed the same 2 nights on the run. Bar prices aren’t bad. Wonderful staff and parking at £6 a night. Steep stairs at the side or a ramp at the front. Really steep staircase at the back leading from the car park. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great views from the triple room- picture doesn't do that justice and I have early morning photos of a gorgeous golden sky. Also sea and town views from the dining room and lounge. Stairs may challenge some. Triple room is a bit dated, but building has tremendous Victorian character with and contemporary photos "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"Hotel was excellent bit of walk from centre but not a problem bar and restaurant area very nice as well didn’t eat here bit food looked very nice will def be back . "
