"The outstanding friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly stand out. The excellent location is just a few minutes from Paddington Station. While the narrow, steep stairs, compact rooms, and limited soundproofing—typical of London buildings—might be a concern for some, the hotel is super clean and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the small space for a tidy and comfortable stay. I’ll return to this hotel the next time I travel via Heathrow."

"This hotel is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast. We stayed in the family room as 4 adults. The room was lovely and big. Bath and shower could do with being replaced, and we found a dirty plaster on the lamp which was removed by maintenance. They left complementary wine and a little birthday cake as we were celebrating a birthday. Would stay again. "

"So I was surprised at the size of the room, which is very small. The bed touches three walls with not much space for items. The bed did have space under the bed for suitcases. That said the staff was exceptional when I asked for extra padding to the mattress. It was a very walkable area and nice for the theatres."

"Worked out great for my friends and I for our first time in London. 3 of us total. Small room and bathroom but it wasn't a problem. You can hear the trains going under the hotel but it's just a low rumble. We slept with a sound machine but I don't think it would have bothered me even if we didn't have one. It was a great stay and super close to Paddington station. I would definitely recommend!"
