"We had a fantastic stay, Graham was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the family room, this had great facilities for the children including children's toilet seat and step! The communal lounge had toys for the children to play with and a selection of DVD's whilst we enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine! "We like this place and enjoy staying here. You enter and exit via a noisy mall but the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Only minor gripe was that our bed was stripped and then it was some hours before the room was cleaned and tidied. Left us to roam the streets, unexpectedly, between events in the morning and the late afternoon. The reception staff are great and very helpful. Really liked our room and the big breakfast buffet on the top floor was very welcome. "
