"Everything pretty good except there was no hot water for over half the weekend in the entire building. This is a bit unacceptable and although after I requested a rate adjustment they did take some off, ice cold showers are not good. Breakfast was okay, but definitely nothing special. Key to this hotel is the price, especially considering the location was very good. It is very quiet, yet you are so close to MSG and a lot of other things. "Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "

"Great housekeeping staff. Rooms were always clean and done on time. Hotel is large and offers many amenities. Bed and linens are of very good quality. Great location! Will visit again. Some minor areas for improvement: bathroom sink has a crack; caulking behind sink is pealing or missing. "
