"The location is very convenient. Breakfast is included which is good; not the very best but it is good. The tv remote control was missing and they don’t have extra. And room phone didn’t work (only in speaker mode). But bed was very comfortable. We love the jacuzzi is very clean and nice. "

Their phone system when you they ask if you need English speaking staff and you press the corresponding number, the line disconnects. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke...
