"The location is very convenient. Breakfast is included which is good; not the very best but it is good. The tv remote control was missing and they don’t have extra. And room phone didn’t work (only in speaker mode). But bed was very comfortable. We love the jacuzzi is very clean and nice. "

"A very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast meals need to have more variety. Their phone system when you they ask if you need English speaking staff and you press the corresponding number, the line disconnects. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke...

"Nice clean hotel with great staff! We were happy that they were able to upgrade us to the club. There are a number of renovations happening within the hotel. We were not inconvenienced at all."

"A very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast meals need to have more variety. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke cigars on the property instead by the guard booth outside the gate. Very close to the road and lots of bugs there. But still, I would recommend it to anyone going to Costa Rica. "
