Check in very slow Building dated and old .. does not look anything like the photos Full of coach tour elderly Americans Restaurant and bar area full and overflowing for dinner .. staff unhelpful..no where to eat in local area .. had to order uber eats Breakfast ok Gym . Well there is one but tiny and very limited Free car parking and lots of space Poor value for money- expensive for service offered

The hotel has all that you need with plenty of space in the rooms and a very nice pool and outdoor area. The main restaurant is very good. I had a beautiful fish encrusted in plantains. There were a lot of good choices for breakfast also The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s a little dated. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We arrived from a late night flight at approx 1 AM. We were meeting a tour group and had come one day early. I asked if we could stay on the same room for the two nights of the tour. We were told we would have to pay an up charge because the tour rooms were a lesser category. We were very tired and debated the price. The desk clerk told,us to think about it and tell him in the morning. When we got to the room our safe was broken and we could not put our passports in it. We called the desk and someone came to our room and worked on the safe. By the time the safe was fixed and we got to sleep it as about 2:30 am. We had booked a morning tour so we up early had breakfast and told the clerk we would stay I. The room and pay the extra charge. We were told the hotel was full and we could not stay in the same room so we had to quickly repack All our belongings and check them to meet our tour. The misinformation was not acceptable. Had we known we would have to leave the room after one night we would not have used the safe and would not have unpacked our bags as we did

the staff was wonderful !!!! the rooms a bit out dated ! tv were very old and needs updating menus for room service should be placed inside rooms. need more activities for guest only had the VIP touring group which was really nice and the staff on the tour was great transportation back to airport was pleasant
