"This was a sweet, comfortable hotel, and affordable. The neigborhood was grand. The common space on the first floor and on the roof were lovely. The double room was very small- as advertised. The room is as wide as the double bed, with a small landing on either side- so you need to climb into the bed from the foot of the bed. For us that was just fine- but it was a little unsettling not to have a window. I just didn't consider it. I guess there WAS a window- but more like an opening into a small...

"The rooms were fairly basic, but had interesting black and white industrial decor. The hotel is long and skinny, like a dachshund. For NYC, the hotel was a steal with beds for the whole family. My only complaint was that the elevator was out of service the whole time we were there."
