"I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly."

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"We stayed at this property for one month and really had a great time.The kitchen is well equipt. The bed is very comfortable. Thepool ara was great. We signed up for the gym and it was very satifactory.We are hoping to return."

"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. "This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."
