"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."

"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. "I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....
