"Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home....

Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. The location was prime and close to everything we had planned for the week, and a bonus was being able to see the Hollywood sign from the balcony. No complaints at all—we would definitely stay here again!"

"The listing is beautiful and is exactly as described and had the listed amenities. Parking at the property is ample and it's easy to park multiple cars, one in driveway and another one or two on the street. The property is in a reasonable 15-20 minute driving distance to many tourist locations"

"The simple room (plus bath) was appointed and maintained with care. The location was amazing at such a value. Great privacy. It is an older house, which we really like. At one point there was an issue with one of the fixtures but the host was very responsive and helpful. We were very happy with our stay."
