"This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. "We were warmly welcomed by our host Joanne to this charming older property. Included is a well equipped kitchen (spices, and other necessities and a basket of fresh fruit!). The location is great! It is an easy bike ride on the bike path to Santa Monica pier, the Marina and short walk to restaurants and shops. Also near by is the Santa Monica farmers market. The property also includes bikes and beach chairs. "
