"The condo was nice and what I had expected. After being out for the day (7/5) my kids and I wanted to use the clubhouse Jacuzzi and amenities. There was supposed to be a FOB for entry but it was not in the kitchen binder as stated. I text the management and they never responded. I text them again an hour later and they respond that if it was not in the red binder they would have to reach out to the HOA to get a key. I asked when that would be and how do I get in now and never received any...

"The stay was just as advertised! Clean, stocked and on a lower level. Walking in we just said "Wow" We came for our daughters wedding, and had the Grand kids over for (1) night & next afternoon. They loved their own room with the bunk beds and own bath.However, the old fashion standing arcade game (no cost to play) was the Big Hit! Thank you to our Host Mario. Allison and Mark"

"There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."

"Everything was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The place was very clean, close to everything, and the host was extremely communicative. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Before we even left for Big Bear, the properties manager let me know the condo would be available early. She was in constant contact over the weekend for any questions. This property has ample parking and is only 2 blocks from the Village. So nice to be able to walk home after a nice dinner. This is a must stay condo in Big Bear - we hope to be back."

"We were in town for a family event. Host was very responsive and nice. Home, specifically the furnishings and decor are a bit dated and random but overall home is very comfortable. Location is great, close to practically everything. Whats not within walking distance is only a 5-10 minute drive. Would stay here again if needed."

"We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!"
