"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Never received check in instructions, their phone contact was disconnected, went to property to try to figure it out. Couldn’t get in and it was disgusting! Fighting with VRBO for my money back! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! "Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better.
