"Food was not bad but was better last 2 years. Staff was friendly except public relations at Grand hotel her name Stephanie very disrespectful to me , very rude and she was yelling to me when I asked her for help and answer my questions. she look like she has another problems but this not professional the way she talked to me. I love moon palace , this is my second time and I was planning to come next year but she changed my expectations for your high standards guest service. thank you "

"My partner and I stayed in the hotel one night and it was great. The shuttle service from the airport came really fast and everything was smooth and easy ! The staffs are all really friendly and easy to talk to. "

Although very busy street room has its own door that keeps noise out. has kitchenette yet no microwave and fridge is for drinks only would have expected that due to kitchenette. Did not have room ready when arriving. When leaving they were attempting to charge me for additional items such as wine and food."

"Hotel is about 10 mins from the airport, they organized the taxi, room was quite large, big bathroom, patio doors lead out to the back yard.. We will use this hotel next March."
