Hôtel très bien situé et abordable. C’est encore les vacances des fêtes donc plusieurs famille et c’était un peu bruyant tard en soirée. Le Concorde reste quand même une excellente option pour loger près du vieux Québec !

Very well located hotel. Very outdated, mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. Parking at hotel was not available, they give access to a nearby parking. Everything is kept to the minimum. It's sad for a so well located hotel.

It was very difficult to find parking there was no parking. Washroom tub is rusty. And room wasn't clean properly. The superior room didn't look like the online pictures. Very disappointed.

It was a cool location and a nice hotel, but it was dirty, the room and the hotel were dirty (the pool as well) and the furniture was old and scratched and dirty and the doors were all banged up.

Worst hotel ever. The staff is rude. No valet parking. The cleaning lady put our luggages and handbags on the floor when she came cleaning. Nobody answered the phone from the front desk we had to come downstairs. The keys didn’t work. The room were not as advertised and we did not get a room similar to the pictures on the booking website, our bedroom door could not lock and could barely close.

The room was dirty upon arrival (hairs in sink and dresser) and mold/mildew covered shower. Notified staff who said it would be cleaned; would not accommodate request for new room. After cleaning, beds were made but hair was still in dresser and shower was the same. Pool was not heated and hot tub (one was completely of order) did not function properly. Exercise equipment broken. Iron in room didn’t work. However, the location and views are excellent.
