Very welcoming at Reception, we had a couple of problems with the room which they sorted out very quickly. Very impressed with them both. The hotel is very convenient for the Terminals at Birmingham airport even more so if you have an early flight

This is a badic, comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. No frills, but perfect for your needs. Beds were super comfy and clean. Stayed here a couple times now both times because of early morning flights. Great facilities & restaurant on ground floor. Can’t beat the location directly opposite Departure Lounge.
