"Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. With a welcome drink and pastries. Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...

"The cleanliness was superb. Liked the sample of coffee, tea, and condiments. Appreciate that a small cleaning kit was provided which contained sponge dish soap, two towels, and laundry detergent. Bathroom had amenities. Very close to two supermarkets and public transportation. Liked that some historical sites were nearby. The only issue I had was that the shower/ bathtub lacked safety grips in tub or a grab bar ( tub was slippery during shower). "
