"Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. With a welcome drink and pastries. Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...

Coffee in room is awful and no coffee available downstairs unless you pay for large buffet breakfast. Excellent coffee shop nearby , ‘tho. Coffee Bar Calatrava. "

"Love the hotel and its concept. Staff are very friendly especially Maite in reception. She is warm and very polite. She went out of her way to do small things that means a lot eg showing me to the nearest and most convenient lift to my room.
