"Beautiful property and extremely clean, only discrepancy was Expedia picture of my room selection vs reality, the Deluxe category shows enough space for a sofa which was never in my room. AC in on of the rooms reserved was also either set too high ir not working at all, my friend expended 2 nights without sleeping according. Other than that the property is very convenient and would definitely repeat."

The second time we were in some different section of the hotel the rooms looked like they were motel rooms loud colors and much smaller, very dated. We requested to be moved and had to pay $10 dollars per day to be moved. All was well with exception of that ugly room/section. "

Room was delightful, clean large enough, did room service twice and that worked out very well. Quiet but with a balcony that looked out onto the street. "I love this hotel. This is the second time I stay here and this time was better than the last time. The location is perfect; in the middle of La Gran Via close to restaurants, bars, clothing stores and the metro station. The staff is really nice and friendly, they gave us recommendations of where to go eat and have a couple of drinks. I recommend to include the breakfast, it’s really good. Highly recommended. "

"Location is excellent. Room is comfortable. Bathroom needed some fixing of the shower floor, water drained slowly easy to leak out of shower. Foul Smell from the toilet. We arrived so tired and late that we didn't ask for help to change the room or fix the restroom at that time. We learned to check all the unit before we open the luggage and hit the sack."
