"Loved the location. Wasn’t too keen on the lay out of the apartment. When the sofa bed was pulled out, it was difficult to see the tv. As others have mentioned, you also have to walk through the living area (where someone may be sleeping) to go to the bathroom. The kitchen facilities were excellent (should you choose to use these - we didn’t) washing machine, oven, dish washer, coffee machine and plenty of utensils. The weather didn’t permit us to use the pool area but we did go and take a look....

"Hotel is in an excellent location. Very central to Madrids main shopping streets. Metro next door, so cannot fault that. Breakfasts were acceptable. Not a wide selection, but everything is clean and fresh. Bedrooms very compact For a weekend break the hotel works. "

"This is a 5 star hotel, modern and up to date! They even had water dispensers in the hallways where your could get still or bubble water! The location was also great, you could walk everywhere you need to go, the palace, the museum and even the train station. "

"Everybody charming at front desk. Nice place, well located. Roof terrasse/bar/pool that must be awesome during the warm season (it was too cold during our visit). Our room was decorated very stylishly, well equipped, fairly quiet, rather small however. We would return, even though we were a hetero couple in a place considering itself a gay hotel, we felt very welcomed."
