"Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. With a welcome drink and pastries. Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...

"Located on a side street on the quiet side of the train station (although some kind of garbage collectors or construction workers yelled at each other at 2am and woke me up). Entrance has one of those old fashioned revolving doors which was a bit small and I tripped and fell inside of it. Not sure why they don’t just have sliding glass doors like most hotels and public buildings. Otherwise hotel is nice: comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. My king bed room had a glass wall on shower so...

"Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins walk from Atocha train station.Room is clean and they make the beds daily. 3 mins walk from nearest Metro Station. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties and located at the 7th floor of the hotel."
