"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"A nossa estadia foi excelente. para quem tem que conciliar trabalho e férias, a casa é perfeita. Super bem equipada, disposição muito agradável para desfrutar do exterior e com condições para todos usufruirem. Outra vantagem é ser pet friendly já que temos 2 cães pequenos. "The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores."

"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."

"Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful. The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. "This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square. It was clean and well taken care of. I also enjoyed the old charm of the building. The host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants/markets and was avalible if we needed anything. I don’t think I could have asked for anything else. I look forward to staying at this apartment in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"
