However I didn’t like the fact that on a Saturday night the hotel rooftop bar closed at 9pm and also we had food we wanted to warm up and they wanted a $25 fee to use the microwave. "The view was amazing, the room was beautiful and clean. Beautiful dinning room as well, happy they had a Starbucks inside too. Staff was very welcoming and offered to help us out with anything we needed. Loved that the elevator only worked with the hotel key card. Doors closed and only allowed entry to those with hotel key cards, which made me feel safe. "

"Stayed here for New Year’s Eve, grew up going to Chicago with family living there and never had a chance to explore! The hotel was in the perfect location and was beautiful. Staff was great! Only con was the pillows being way too flat, but I usually always bring my own. "

"The views of this property are AMAZING! I stayed a total of 6 days the valet service is PHENOMENAL! It’s in walking distance of Michigan Ave where all the shopping is! It was clean safe and very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel again and again. I WILL BE BACK!!!"
