"This hotel was a great choice for us, close to lots of shopping and dining options. The room was clean, beds great. Plus the high-tech shower was a nice treat after a long day of walking. The staff were helpful, but their English wasn’t brilliant. But enough to answer the basic questions. The “included” breakfast was so-so. All said, I’d book this hotel again."

"We chose this hotel mainly for the spa and proximity to mount Fuji but I did not expect the views we received in the morning. We were blessed with clear skies and saw Mount Fuji in all of its glory. The room(s) were spacious and the bath tub was nice and comfortable. The property is a tad dated though in the sense that each room is operated with a key and not a keycard "
