"The location was very good & the hotel provided a parking permit for the pay & display car park across the street. Room was small which was fine but the en suite bathroom is not even a little bit sound proof so doesn't leave much to the imagination! The water pressure for the shower wasn't great & the water stopped intermittently whilst in the shower. Breakfast was nice but limited to full English, salmon & scrambled eggs or pancakes with maple syrup. "

Cleanliness was top notch, noted especially by how fresh it smelled which was lovely. The bed was comfortable but I must say the pillows were too hard for us. "Nice 2 night stay. We ate in the restaurant on one evening which was average, I had the steak and ale pie which I really enjoyed however my wife had the vegetable tandoori curry which was very bland and not really a curry. The room was very warm and very clean. "
