"My second time in a year to the Lake District. Great Hotel and excellent rooms. My room was flooded with light and a big comfortable bed. Heating was great and the house keeping. The breakfasts are fantastic and certainly worth the indulgence. It’s located in a lovely village, with breweries, pubs, tea rooms and local craft shops. I highly recommend a stay. "

My only negative was the bed was too hard so I didn't sleep well. My friends in other rooms found beds ok so personal experience. There are some electric car charging facilities in the car park. "
