"We loved the quiet and serene location of the hotel, away from the busy Waikiki. We would stay here again and again. My only negative is you can hear the other rooms well, so just bring a sound machine. It would be nice to have a bar or restaurant but food isn’t far away. "

"Wifi password should be posted within the room. Need bidet in the bathroom. I shouldn't have to take out my own trash. Checkout should be at 12pm since check in was at 4pm. Security guard was helpful and professional "

"Very peaceful out of the way property with super convenient access to the beach. The condo includes all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Including snorkeling gear, beach chairs sand castle toys and many many more. I would highly recommend it "

"Property was great. Very clean. Staff were the best part. Very friendly. I noticed that the hotel was undergoing upgrades to some rooms, particularly the room right above mine. They started banging at 7am. And I did mention that thus was a disruption to my sleep and they took care of some of the charges applied to my room. I’m happy with the overall experience though. Would stay here again. "

"The 1919 historical home is a work in progress. Renovations are not totally complete, but the current condition is beautiful, quiet and quaint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again. When the place is filled, more organized parking would be a bonus."

"This place meets expectations for the price. Friendly staff, with modest rooms. Pool was clean, but small. The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed the ice and water stations to refill our water bottles. The room: the mattress needs to be replaced (massive dips on both sides, feel the strings), otherwise the room had all the amenities we needed: coffee, fridge, microwave, AC, cable TV, and closet to hang our things. "We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. Our room was clean and did show minor evidence of aging but still was very nice. All the hotel employees were courteous helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you are not planning to have a car. The hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki and close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking at the hotel is 70 dollars a day, which is about the same as most hotels in Waikiki. There is a hop on hop off bus and trolley system that we found to be very helpful to get around the island. I would recommend the Waikiki Trolley system 4 day all line pass. The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki made our special occasion exceptional."

"Overall an Amazing Stay, Paulette helped us in the lobby and her level of service is exceptional, another Gentleman who provided amazing service was Jhon Only small thing the pool area was not a great experience kids in the hot tub and not being cordial, big building blocking the sun "

"We had so much fun here at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resorts, loved watching the sunset at the beach. Loved the pool and even more the drinks by the pools! Housekeeping always did an excellent job in keeping neat and clean our room! They ara amazing hard workers (Thanks you housekeepers! "
