A bit awkward to get to, but overall fine. Food in the restaurant for dinner was better than average: prepared well, decent proportions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The least favorable part about the hotel was its location, which although near the airport was difficult to get into and away from, simply because of the traffic flow and network of roads.

The property was convenient if you were stuck over night at the airport. However, we felt a lot of things were either hidden ($25 tax/night fee for "Amenities" such as Wi-Fi or the pool use?!?) or a $42 tax/night fee for parking? Just seemed a little... Excessive. Beds with no box springs, TV's with only a cable connection, and rooms that would make a red roof inn look like a high end resort.... Just felt that for the price things were lacking. Staff was great and super helpful though, so that was a plus.

The “hot rods” and motorcycles raced by all night very late. I had a room right next to the road. It would be nice if your bar area stayed open later on weekends. I walked 30 min to get any food. Your staff is very friendly and helpful. My soap had all been used up in the shower. Someone probably filled up their own personal bottles.

This is a very convenient property for those transiting through the Honolulu International Airport. The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice, but our room was extremely noisy from traffic along Nimitz Highway.

Shuttle run from and to the airport is not well scheduled. When Shuttle is late and can only take 12 passengers that just leaves more stress to the guest.

Poor communication with the front desk staffs… they won’t tell you all charges likes parking 50/day and surcharge of ~30/day until the last second you pay the bills. When I asked to explained every cost (it’s part of the routine isn’t it?), her terrible attitude really impressed me.

The front desk was friendly but the room we stayed in was not okay . we walked into the room and seen that there was a liquor bottle and cigarette buds inside the liquor bottle . And as we settled in more we seen that the top of the bed was smooth but when we opened the sheets to lay down there was holes on the sheets and stains on the ground . When the front desk called over the housekeeper ; she was saying “the door is broken” but while she was trying to open the door she left little cracks on the corner of the door .
