My husband and I had a really good time however, we were very careful not to have any food out at any time… There were still an ant infestation and at one point we woke up with ants covering our bed. Itty-bitty tiny ants. Bad weekend to have a lifelong phobia.

A decent and nice place to stay when you want to be close to the airport for your flights. The hotel was a little noisy because it's close to a freeway but it's a pretty decent one considering it's close to the airport, gas station and other dining establishments. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff is accommodating. Room was a little outdated and old but served its purpose. Air conditioner was too cold at night and temp can't be adjusted because it's centralized (not sure why there still a thermostat in the room).

Would not leave anything out food wise or drinks, we had ants all over our sink coming in from the door . Other than that the room was clean and the room we were in was a super quiet area.

The hotel only had 2 elevators and 1 did not work 4 out of the 7 days we were there. Staff didn’t really seem to care. Breakfast included is only for 2 hours so a lot of people eating in a 2 hour time frame it gets very congested and the food was always cold. It’s a very short distance from Waikiki but traffic is horrendous so it takes 30 minutes to drive there. And you have to request to have your room cleaned. It’s not a given that it will be tidied up everyday. Hotel is located right next to a busy freeway so it’s loud inside and outside the hotel. Not pleasant sitting at the pool if you’re not accustomed to living in a busy city.

Not a resort hotel, but the location close to airport and favorable price (for HNL) worked well for us. On call shuttle pick up from airport in the evening. Shuttle departs hotel on the hour in the morning. Room was clean, AC worked well and the breakfast was solid with real eggs and bacon and a good cup of coffee. Hallways showing age. Breakfast was crowded at 7 am. Right next to highway so there is road noise. However, I did not perceive much aircraft noise. As we had a late arriving flight, I was thankful to stay here my first night in Hawaii.

If you need to spend a night close to airport between two flights - this hotel is what you need. The staff are extremely friendly. The condition of the hotel can be better, but it does the job.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. Loved having a free shuttle. Be sure to tip! The only negative I have is the viaduct above our room, quite noisy at times Overall just fine for a quick stopover
