This hotel is appropriately categorized as a three-star establishment. The building itself is well-maintained and offers convenient access to the beach and local shops. The breakfast served is of a good quality, and the hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, there are some areas for improvement: * **Limited Views:** Due to surrounding buildings, unobstructed sea or mountain views are not readily available from most rooms. * **Noise Levels:** Our specific room experienced some noise disturbance from the street. * **Room Amenities:** The coffee maker in our room was malfunctioning, and the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Overall, this hotel can be a suitable choice for accommodation if booked at a reasonable price.

Great hotel at an affordable rate. The buffet breakfast (included) was delicious and a huge incentive to book with them. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Waikiki Beach , the zoo, and Aquarium.

Old rooms and building. The patio door is not working at all! Heard the street noise all night and cannot sleep well every night during my staying at Hyatt Place. I will not stay at this hotel again when I go back to Hawaii.
