Check-in for this property is located at Ilikai Hotel, 1777 Ala Moana Blvd. Access the main lobby via stairs, escalator, or exterior elevator. Upon entering the lobby, stay to the left of the guest elevators and walk toward Ku'ai Market. The Waikiki Marina Resort and Shell Vacations Reception/Check-In office is located next to the market in the corridor toward the pool.
Intermittent power outages are expected now through August 2024. All facilities that use power, including the elevator, will not be available during the outage. Dates are subject to change without notice.

A good hotel. We booked a room with a kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed to cook! Although we ended up not cooking much but it was nice to have that option. Staff were friendly and helpful but we avoided the timeshare talk... this part of the hotel is not "associated" with thr main hotel. But check-in and check-out were easy. Parking is valet only that gets charged to your room.

I had a pool view room and absolutely loved it! I could see the lagoon and the ocean also! So easy to walk to Ala Moana mall and the park or to the Lagoon at the Hilton and the walkway along Waikiki beach to go to the shops along Waikiki..

Most everything was very good. Property very nice. A very nice convenience store that was not overpriced, like in most hotels. Refreshing! Only negative was did not clean when empty trash and exchange towels. Also 7 nights on same sheets. Most hotels change after 3 days. Not a big deal but 7 days is a little long.

Perfect for families, nice size rooms and well equipped kitchen made it easy with children. Nice walk to nearby beach. Some cons is parking is a bit of a walk if you opt out of paying for valet parking, as well as you do have to constantly ask for more towels as they only provide towels every 2-3 days. Many people complained about outside street noise and we didn’t find that an issue at all and our room was on the 7th floor facing the street.

The stay at Ilikai was wonderful. Staff was kind and supportive with all of our needs. There were 2 options for hotel dining, both of which our family enjoyed. Every Friday there is live music and hula dancing right outside of the lobby. We also loved the kitchen that was part of our room, made it easy for us to enjoy meals when we didn’t want to go out. Great place to stay in Oahu!
