It is one of our favorite Hawaii sites. We are staying there three times this visit. This was our first stay after arriving we didn’t get any VIP upgrades but we are back there now for our second visit this month & have got a room with balcony. The staff are fabulous - we come back again next week so hope our two rooms then will be what they should be. Doing Leo making Tuesday which will be fun. Gym is great.
