I was never able to log in on WiFi.The staff was not helpful. They did not seem to know anything at at all about the web. I totally lost a whole day due to their indifference and/or incompetence... This is actually a nice place to stay but one noticeable thing is the condition of the building(s). Seen quite a bit of rust on the railings however, with some repairs, new bathroom vents and baseboards this would be a great place to stay. It’s spacious and they have quite a lot of amenities. I would definitely come back.

My flight was delayed, and I needed a place to stay near the airport for a layover. This hotel provided a shuttle service, which was a lifesaver — super convenient! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a great mattress, and the room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That said, it’s a budget hotel, and it shows — everything is quite old. For example, my door wouldn’t open, and I had to call guest services for assistance. Still, it was a good option for the price and worked perfectly for a quick overnight stay!

I appreciate that you offer reusable containers for your soaps and shampoos. I also appreciate pillows that are filled with a filler that is not down. All other aspects of my stay were terrific including cleanliness and customer service.

Hotel is right by the airport, centrally located if you want to go anywhere on the island. One of my biggest complaints in the room was an issue with the wall, it had air bubbles that were pealing off and holes that are very visible in the bathroom and bedroom. Laudry facilities available on site, you can buy soap at their little convenience store. Iron not available in room, has to be asked for at front desk. Chinese restaurant and lounge on site were a plus. Parking was limited, I guess it's fine since it is one of the few hotels that does not have additional fees for parking. So if you're vacationing on a budget, I recommend this place.

We were only there to sleep for night one of our trip as we arrived at midnight. Wouldn’t recommend for much more than that. More like a motel feel. As out of date everything was relatively clean but no elevator, limited parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very nice. The rooms are dirty and nasty. We had two rooms there and both rooms had bugs in the bed and roaches on the wall. The most they would do is ask to have our room and bedding cleaned. We had our bed cleaned just for more bugs to be in it. Wouldn’t even refund. Also it’s very noisy due to its by the air port. The pool is amazing and again the staff were awesome.

Cleaning walked in on wife with do not disturb sign on… then yelled back at my wife when she screamed from being walked in on rude ….check out front counter guy didn’t give heads up… that it’s a military style check out ….just rude…. Nice check in… but hold $100 and charge additional $24 dollars for toiletries
