A very easy place to stay in Waikiki. The traffic noise was surprising loud, even on the 9th floor! But very comfortable room and with balcony door closed, noise was minimal.

This was my first stay at Aqua Palms which I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s not right in the middle of the Waikiki “action” for me that was a plus. My room was very quiet there were none of the usual city noises like sirens, delivery trucks etc. I would gladly return in the future.

The location of the property was very convenient as there was a couple of convenience stores and restaurants in the walkable distance. We chose to stay in the room on the quieter side, thus there was less disturbing noise from the boulevard.

Conveniently located. Easy access to the beach and the Ala moanna shopping mall with food court. Having a trolly-stop at the front of the hotel is an added bonus. The staff is very nice and makes you feel 12.

It was just a place to stay, nothing special; the I-HOP next door IN the building is OVERPRICED and UNDERSTAFFED. Your better off going out the hotel entrance, turn right and at BUS stop, look to right; very nice restaurant withy excellent food, priced about average for Honolulu. Aqua Palms is handy for certain things only.

After a series of mid steps with noisy room, the staff very graciously finally found a room for me that wasn’t noisy and help me move. And they were always gracious, even with the first two terrible situations in the room. I would go back again if I visit Oahu again
