Just Wow!!! Staff was amazing and concierge was helpful throughout our 7 day stay. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks within a few blocks of the hotel. The restaurants on property are overpriced and valet parking @$55/Day was our only complaint. 10/10 for us!

The Ritz is by far my favorite place to stay when I’m in Honolulu! No other hotel can compare. The staff are amazing! From the moment you arrive they are very welcoming, they know you by name and very accommodating! I will always stay at the Ritz!!

The property was in excellent location . The pool facilities, rooms with amenities are all excellent. Loved the laundry facility in room .
